The Spa & Wellness Building is a freestanding extension for the 4-star Brandon House Hotel in Ireland. Among other things, it contains various saunas, baths, rooms for massages & other wellness treatments, as well as a spacious relaxation area.
The roof area is approx. 350 m2, which is covered with a single-layer ETFE membrane. The total volume comprises approx. 740 m2 of usable space on four floors.
